With a Mercedes-Benz Extended Warranty, you’re covered for any costly repair bills that may arise if your car experiences a mechanical or electrical failure. As the owner of one of our Extended Warranty policies, you can drive with ease knowing you’re protected.

  3. PIN Number - If you have an existing Mercedes-Benz Warranty which will soon expire, you will have received an email or letter which contains this

Please be aware that monthly and 24-month policies are only available for vehicles with an existing warranty.

Authorised Repairers

Your Authorised Repairer is there to help you.

If your car experiences a mechanical or electrical failure, your preferred Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer will assess your car to discover whether a repair is needed. All you need to do is get in touch with your chosen Authorised Repairer, and they’ll liaise with us to discuss and resolve your claim.
